Request Smaller Recycling Cart

If you would like to request a smaller recycling cart, please fill out the following form. The Borough is offering a onetime trash cart exchange from the larger 64-gallon carts to a 35-gallon cart. If you would like to request a smaller trash cart as well, that form can be found on our homepage.

West View's Department of Public Works (DPW) will collect the larger cart and leave the cart that was requested. Please be sure to leave your 64-gallon cart at the front of your residence.
