NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting for the purpose of a public hearing will be held by the Council of the Borough of West View, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, September 13th, 2023, commencing at 5:30pm, with its regular monthly meeting to immediately follow, in Council Chambers, Borough of West View, 441 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 15229, to consider the demolition of the following structure, located within the Borough: 419 Highland Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15229, Block and Lot No. 350-P-096. THE REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING OF BOROUGH COUNCIL SHALL COMMENCE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE CONCLUSION OF SAID SPECIAL MEETING.
All interested parties are invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning this matter before Borough Council. At the completion of the hearing, the Borough Council will render a decision, unless it deems additional time is required for consideration and discussion, in which case it will continue the public meeting to an announced date and time for that purpose. Copies of the documentation in reference to said demolitions is available for review at the Borough of West View Administrative Offices, during regular business hours.
