Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Thursday, June 29th, 2023 at 6:00pm at the West View Borough Building, 441 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, PA 15229 (Council Chambers).

The purpose of the Zoning Board Hearing is to consider relief regarding Ordinance 1490 Amendment to Zoning 290-11 D Permitted Uses. Any occupancy of a residential dwelling, unit room, or group of rooms within R1 zone by a non-owner of the property must be for a minimum of 90 days consecutive. Any occupancy for compensation that is expected to be less than 90 consecutive days is specifically prohibited in R-1. The location of property requesting relief is 46 Rochester Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15229.
