REGULAR MEETING – March 8, 2023

 

  1. Council to consider Ordinance #1524. (An Ordinance establishing criteria as to the issuance of disability parking permits)
  2. Council to consider Resolution #1542. (A Resolution authorizing Keystone Collections Group as the official appointed collector of current and delinquent Business Privilege and Mercantile Taxes)
  3. Council to consider Resolution #1543. (A Resolution authorizing the filing of an application for CDBG funds in the amount of $41,786.90, with Keystone Excavating & Development for Ann Arbor Avenue).
  4. Council to consider the 2023 paving program awarded to Youngblood Paving Inc. in the amount of $283,475.00. A total of 6 bids were received.
  5. Motion to authorize a Change order for  the contract with Youngblood Paving Inc. regarding the Glenmore Avenue from Ashford to Cresson portion in the amount of $90,200. Glenmore is on the streets list to be paved in 2023 and will be completed during 2023’s paving schedule.
