Allegheny County Residents May Be Eligible for Special Home Improvement Financing Through the RAAC

If you are an Allegheny County resident, you may be eligible to receive special home improvement financing through the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County (RAAC). The county is offering two types of loans. Emergency/Priority Improvement Loans are available for up to $10,000 at a fixed interest rate of 0% to complete eligible priority improvements. General Improvement Loans are available for up to $23,000 at a fixed interest rate of 1% to complete multiple or general improvements. No equity is required.
