Halloween Parade

West View’s Annual Halloween Parade will take place on Monday, October 24th, 2022 at 7pm. The parade will form at 6:30pm on Highland Avenue at Perry Highway. Crossing guards, special police, and volunteers will show you where to line up and guide you down Perry Highway to Center Avenue where children with a registration number will receive a free goodie bag.

This year, parade sign-ups are once again happening online starting today, September 26th. A link to the form will be posted below. You MUST have a valid email address in order to sign up. This form will automatically assign your child a unique registration number which will then be sent to the email address you entered into the form. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the email to appear in your inbox. IF YOU ARE SIGNING UP MORE THAN ONE CHILD, YOU MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM MORE THAN ONCE. From there, you must print or write your child’s number in permanent marker on a half-sheet of standard 8.5” x 11” paper. This number should be pinned to your child’s right side. Your child’s registration number must be readable so that your child can receive a goodie bag and be eligible for the costume prizes.

The prize winners will be posted in the Borough window and on the Borough website on October 25, 2021. Prizes may be picked up at the Borough building from 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, starting on October 25, 2021.
